Federal Realty Investment Trust

The real-estate company that developed and owns Santana Row, and is building Santana West across Winchester Boulevard.

Federal Realty Investment Trust, headquartered in North Bethesda, Maryland, developed Santana Row on the site of Town & Country Village and rebuilt it after the 2002 fire. Its designers included SB Architects, BAR Architects, Steinberg Architects and landscape architects The SWA Group and April Philips Design Works. Across Winchester Boulevard it is building the Santana West office campus around the Century 21 dome.
